Processing of your order typically requires 1 business day.

After the processing period, our Standard Delivery in the USA is 3-5 days. For International orders delivery times will vary by country. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. 

My delivery is taking a long time, has it been lost?

We consider a shipped item to be lost or stolen if there has been no shipping tracking update for 7 days (20 days for international orders). In that case we will either provide a full refund or send a free replacement. 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you received a defective or faulty item, proof of the defected or faulty item must be given no later than 7 days after the delivery date by sending us the photos at We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

What if I received a wrong item?

We are very sorry if that happened! Of course we will provide you with a free shipping label and will send the correct item immediately.
