Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we will not provide free return labels
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the order tracking information provided by the shipping company states that the order was delivered, we will not be able to issue the refund if you state it is missing. To avoid any risks with the delivery, please consider purchasing insurance at the checkout at a minimal cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received defective or damaged or a wrong item was delivered by us. In that case we will provide a free shipping label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, please only use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that an item is considered lost or stolen only after 60 days since the shipping date and we will not be able to offer a refund or send a replacement until 60 days have passed.
However, we offer Route Shipping Insurance for our customers, which you can add to your order during the checkout process. It costs only $0.98, but provides you with a full peace of mind that in an unlikely event that your order is lost or stolen, you can quickly receive a refund or a replacement. Claims are considered "lost" after 7 days without a tracking status update (20 for international) and must be filed no later than 30 days from the last update.
