It is typically a 1-3 business day processing time and a 3-5 day business day shipping time for Domestic orders and a 5-12 business day shipping time for International orders. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been packaged. After that, it will be trackable once USPS or UPS scans your order at their sorting office which is typically within 24 hours. Thank you!

Our return policy is
30 days for exchange/return if the package is unopened and 50% reimbursement if the package is opened
8 days return policy if the package is damaged (but in certain conditions only)
24 hours refund policy if the product is damaged on arrival
