Processing of your order typically requires 1 business day.

After the processing period, our Standard Delivery in the USA is 3-5 days and Priority Mail is 1-3 days. For International orders delivery times will vary by country. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. 

Will you refund me for import Taxes & Duties?

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

My delivery is taking a long time, has it been lost?

We consider a shipped item to be lost or stolen only if it has not been delivered in 60 days since the shipping day. In that case we will either provide a full refund or send a free replacement. To keep a full peace of mind, please consider purchasing Route insurance for $0.98 at the checkout as this time is reduced to only 7 days (20 days for international orders). Please see more information in our Shipping Policy

What if I received a faulty item?

If you received a defective or faulty item, proof of the defected or faulty item must be given no later than 7 days after the delivery date by sending us the photos at We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

What if I received a wrong item?

We are very sorry if that happened! Of course we will provide you with a free shipping label and will send the correct item immediately.
